M sur la Montagne, Heritage building underwent transformation from College into a luxury living amid seven hundred thousand sq. foot private park in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Plans & specification for a new development, in addition to inspection during the erection of the super structure. Some of projects included Technical assistance for metalwork and concrete for interior seating staircase. Support for curtain walls. Guardrails for bleachers. Exterior Ramp and Concrete Staircase at the main entrance.
Southam Lofts
Built between 1908-1916
Conversion project featuring 10 story “Tall & long” office building to luxury loft living .
Beginning with an extensive restoration effort, step one of this conversion project was aimed at returning The Southam Building to its original state. Once completed, the architectural attributes of the newly refurbished structure were accentuated through the design of authentic loft dwellings that provided a harmonious fusion between the building’s industrial elegance and the modern minimalism of today’s sophisticated urban residences.

Dahl Marzin provided structural design plans & specification, converting14-storey apartment building into one-storey-high horizontal strips of mullion-free glazing while utilizing commercial curtain wall system.
